And what is Remodel?
Remodel admittedly another cryptic word. It is indeed an American-English word, with lack of well fitting British-English counterpart. It does, in my own rendering encompass remodel-proper (as I understand the USA sense of the word), more like an internal alterations / rearrangement but with structure of the house being part of alterations. Remodel, as I define it, encompasses as well extending the house by adding additional space/rooms, as well as converting spaces. Converting for example loft or attached garage to usable internal space of the house.
