Unheated conservatory was replaced with insulated walls, roof, floor and windows allowing owners to enjoy the space trough the year. Photo is taken at the beginning of January (2017). It indicates that even during shortest days in the year the conservatory enjoys uninterrupted sunshine (i.e. sunroom is not overshadowed by fencing or any other obstacles). Architect’s services were required on this project for preparation of Building Control Application.
